1.Refunds are only available for certain products, please check the product descriptions ‘Notes’ section to see if that product allows refunds.
2.We are not responsible for any damage to your product after it has been inspected which an email of your product will be sent via our email.
3.Our products are hand inspected in our warehouse in Hong Kong, a card/small piece of paper stating the date it was inspected, the product name and the inspector signature will be provided inside the box provided. (Note that the box stated is the box provided by our company, not the box provided by the supplier.
4.If your location is located in a remote area according to our shipping handling company Fuuffy or the courier and there is a price difference from the shipping cost charged to the actual cost by Fuuffy, you will have to pay the difference via any payment method offered by our staff members, if you fail to pay the difference within 24 hours, our company will ship to the closest area which is not stated as a ‘Remote/Rural area’, we will notify you about this change via email.
5.The reasons accepted for a refund are ‘Product failed inspection at warehouse, Product unavailable from Supplier, An error provided by our staff team, shipping not available at your address’ If the following scenario happens you will be notified by email and be refunded.
6.In a case where a refund needs to happen when the product arrives in your hand, you will have to pay the shipping cost and ship your product from your house to our warehouse, a 10% charge will apply if you need us to assist you in shipping back the product to our warehouse in addition to the shipping costs.
7.For deliveries to Hong Kong, all shipments will be delivered to a SF locker or a pick up location by other shipping companies instead of providing door to door delivery, if you require a door to door delivery please email us within 24 hours after we sent you a inspection passed email, an additional shipping cost is required to ship door to door.
